MWC 2013 has kicked off in Barcelona. This is another big event in the tech calendar of this year after the CES. Just as expected, MWC 2013 brings us a big batch of powerful and interesting new phones/tablets from Samsung, Nokia, Sony, Mozilla and more.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8
This is a Android tablet can make and receive phone calls. It features a 1,280 x 800 TFT display, a 1.6GHz chip and has either 16GB or 32GB of storage that can be expanded via the microSD slot.
Nokia Lumia 520, 720
Nokia unveils a couple of low-price phones Lumia 520 and Lumia 720. The Lumia 520 comes with a 1GHz processor, 8GB of storage and a microSD slot, and a 4in 800 x 480 display since Lumia 720 features a dual-core 1GHz CPU, 8GB of storage plus a microSD slot and 4.3-inch display.
Sony Xperia Z
Sony breaks out its 10.1 inches Xperia Z equipped with a 1920 x 1200 resolution and 1.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor chip. And it runs on Android 4.1.
Mozilla first Firefox OS handsets
These Firefox OS devices is designed especially for developing markets so it will first available in Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Mexico, Montenegro, Poland, Serbia, Spain and Venezuela. The phones include the ZTE Open, the Alcatel OneTouch Fire and some handsets from LG and Huawei.
Asus PadFone Infinity
Asus PadPone Infinity is a phone/tablet bundle with a 5in smartphone that docks into a 10in tablet. The phone has 1080p display, a 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor and a 13-megapixel rear camera.
HP Slate 7 Android tablet
HD has unveiled its long-time rumored Android tablet Slate 7. This tablet features a 1.6GHz dual-core Cortex-A9 processor, a 1024 x 600 screen and 1GB RAM or 8GB of built-in storage. And it runs on Android 4.1.
Huawei Ascend P2
Huawei unveils Ascend P2, claiming as “the world’s fastest smartphone”. This is an Android 4.1 phone packed with a 4.7-inch 1280 x 720 resolution display, 1.5GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM and a 13-megapixel camera. It can also shot 1080p HD video.
